ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT (EAA / WCAG 2.1)
This document has been prepared to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and regulations on the digital accessibility of websites.
epiLED Polska Sp. z o.o. undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its sales platform Voltopedia at https://voltopedia.pl in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines at AA level.
Status in terms of compliance with the Act
The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 guidelines due to the non-compliances or exclusions listed below:
- some product images may not have complete alternative descriptions,
- some technical documents (PDF) may not have a text layer accessible to screen readers.
Facilities on the Voltopedia website:
- the website has a logical header structure for easy navigation,
- the website can be operated using only the keyboard,
- standard browser keyboard shortcuts are fully supported.
Date of preparation of the Declaration and methodology
The Declaration was prepared on 24 February 2026. The accessibility assessment was carried out using a self-assessment method conducted by epiLED Polska Sp. z o.o.

The same channel can be used to request access to unavailable information and to submit complaints about lack of accessibility.
Appeal procedure
Everyone has the right to request that a website or its element be made digitally accessible. A public entity (or an entity obliged by law) should comply with the request immediately, no later than within 7 days. If accessibility cannot be ensured, the entity may propose an alternative means of accessing the information.
