VOLTOPEDIA GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)

Scope of application of the GTCS

The GTCS form an integral part of all sales agreements concluded by epiLED Polska Sp. z o.o. through the Voltopedia brand with business entities.

Specificity of LED products (technological tolerance)

Due to the physicochemical properties of LED technology, Voltopedia informs and the Customer accepts that:

• A decrease in luminous flux of up to 30% during the period of use does not constitute a product defect.
• Slight differences in light colour (binning) between different production batches are possible. We guarantee colour consistency only within a single delivery.
• The dimensional tolerance for cut elements (profiles, strips) is +/- 0.5 mm.

Trade Credit Procedure

• The credit limit is granted after a minimum of three completed and paid on time prepayment orders.
• Exceeding the payment deadline by 14 days results in the immediate suspension of further deliveries and the blocking of the limit.
• The goods remain the property of epiLED Polska Sp. z o.o. until full payment has been made.

Export documentation (WDT)

In the case of foreign sales, the Customer is obliged to provide Voltopedia with a document confirming the export of the goods (CMR consignment note) within 7 days of receiving the parcel, under pain of adding the VAT rate applicable in Poland. Jurisdiction Polish law shall apply, and any disputes shall be settled by the common courts competent for the Seller's registered office in Wrocław, Poland.
