PAYMENT METHODS

At Voltopedia, we ensure that every business transaction is fast, secure and tailored to your company's needs. We use modern security standards, including SSL/TLS encryption and strong customer authentication (SCA) in accordance with the PSD2 directive.

Available payment methods:

• Fast online payments (PayU): Instant processing via BLIK, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) and fast bank transfers.
• Traditional bank transfer (prepayment): The order is processed after the payment is credited to the bank account of epiLED Polska Sp. z o.o. The transfer details are sent in the order confirmation (proforma invoice).
• Cash on delivery (COD): Payment in cash or by card to the courier upon delivery of the parcel.
• Trade credit (deferred payment): A solution dedicated to regular B2B partners. It allows for purchases with deferred payment and an individually set credit limit. Credit terms and payment deadlines (from 7 to 60 days) are set individually after verification of the contractor.

Important information:

• Currencies: Orders can be paid in PLN and EUR. The currency is selected before the transaction is finalised.
• Invoices: Each transaction is documented with a VAT invoice sent electronically, to which the Customer agrees when placing an order.
